The Process:

• You supply the basic design ideas of what you would like to see (ie - colors, layout, menus).
• You supply a logo you would like to use or one is created. (If you intend on using a copyrighted logo you will need to supply a written release from the owner)
• You supply screenshots of any custom painted aircraft you would like used in the design of the site.
• Once the design is started you will be supplied a link to view the progress of your skin on the simpilotgroup web site.
• When the design reaches a mature state you will have an opportunity to request changes to be made prior to the completion of the skin.
• The skin will be sent to you in a zip file, or can be installed for you after it is completed.

Terms & Conditions:

• simpilotgroup will not redistribute any custom skin after it has been purchased.
• All rights to the skin files are the owners after purchase.
• Premium modules are copyrighted and non transferable.
• The skin owner agree's that a static image of the skin can be displayed on the simpilotgroup web site.

Pricing:

• Skins are quoted on an individual basis and vary according to the complexity of the request.
• Logo creation may require an additional charge.
• Additional charges can be required for simpilotgroup de-branding.

Payments:

• Payments are accepted through PayPal.
• A deposit of 50% of the quoted cost is required to be placed on the calendar and for work to start on your skin.
• Once the design process starts (you have been supplied a link to a live version of your skin on the simpilotgroup site) deposits are non-refundable.
• Once a skin meets your approval any remaining balance of the quoted price is due in full prior to any files being transfered.
